Refund Policy

At Rick's Mobile Detailing, we take pride in providing high-quality services. Please review our refund policy carefully before booking.

Service Refunds

Due to the nature of our services, all sale are final once a service has been completed.

Refunds are not provided  for completed services. 

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the results of your service, please notify us before we leave the service location.

We will make reasonable efforts to ​correct any missed areas or concerns. 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made 24 hours in advance.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee  or loss of deposit.

  • Deposits, if required, are non-refundable.

Weather & Conditions​

Service may be rescheduled due to weather, unsafe conditions, or circumstances beyond our control. In these cases, deposits will be applied to a future service. 

Non- Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Dissatisfaction based on personal preference.

  • Pre-existing vehicle damage

  • Heavily soiled or neglected vehicles beyond the booked service scope. 

  • Services interrupted or limited due to customer provided conditions.
