Terms & Conditions

Rick's Mobile Detailing provides a mobile detailing service. All services are subject to availibility, vehicle condition, and location accessibility.

We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason, including unsafe conditions or inappropriate behavior.

Appointments & Scheduling

• Appointments must be scheduled in advance.

• Arrival times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or prior jobs.

• The customer is responsible for providing accurate location and location information 

​

Pricing & Payments

• Prices are based on vehicle size, condition, and selected services. 

• Final pricing may change if vehicle condition differs from what was described.

• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.

• Deposits, if required, are non-refundable.

Cancellations & No- Shows

• Cancellations or reschedules require at least 24 hours' notice.

• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee or loss of deposit.

Customer Responsibilities

The customer agrees to:

• Provide access to the vehicle at the scheduled time

• Ensure the vehicle is free of personal valueables

We are not responsible for delays or incomplete services due to unmet conditions. 

​

Satisfaction Policy

If you are not satisfied with the service, you must notify us before we leave the service location. 

 We will make reasonable efforts to correct any issues. Refunds are not guaranteed.

Damage Disclaimer

Rick's Mobile Detailing is not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage (scratches, dents, paint defects, worn interiors)

• Damage caused by fragile, loose, or previously damaged components. 

• Issues resulting from aftermarket parts or poor prior repairs.

Weather Policy

Services may be delayed or rescheduled due to weather or unsafe conditions. Deposits will be applied toward a future appointment.

Website Use

You agree not to: 

• Use the website for unlawful purposes

• Attempt to disrupt or damage the website

• Copy or misuse  website content without permission.

Intellectual Property

 All website content, including text, logos, images and branding, is the property of Rick's Mobile Detailing and may not be used withou written consent.

Limitation of Liability

 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rick's Mobile Detailing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada
